The Ledbury, located in Notting Hill, clinched the number one spot at the National Restaurant Awards 2024. Since its opening in 2005, it has evolved into one of London's most prestigious dining establishments, earning three Michelin stars in 2024. The restaurant prides itself on its use of seasonal ingredients, with deer, Jersey cows, and Iberian pigs reared by Chef and Owner Brett Graham on their own estate.
The kitchen is helmed by Head Chef Tom Spenceley, while the dining room is overseen by General Manager Jack Settle.
One of The Ledbury's greatest strengths is Brett Graham's close relationship with his suppliers, often acting as his own supplier.
The restaurant's small estate raises its own deer, and they even house their own mushroom cabinet. These ingredients are transformed by the chefs into beautifully balanced and harmonious dishes, such as wild turbot paired with rich smoked eel, salty N25 caviar, and the slight acidity of nashi pear.
The service team is approachable, with an impressive knack for making everyone feel at ease.
