The Positive Review Campaign - Uplifting Spirits with Every Review

I’m thrilled to launch our campaign, “Positive Review Campaign,” aimed at creating awareness around the importance of leaving positive reviews for our wonderful independent restaurants!

Having worked closely with venue owners and managers for years, I’ve seen firsthand the heartbreak, the sloped shoulders, and the tears. The despair that comes from reading very public negative reviews, often based on a single off day or a fleeting less-than-perfect interaction, is overwhelming. The blood, sweat, and tears that go into running a restaurant, and working in a restaurant these days are immense.

Our independent restaurants have been through so much over the last few years— staff difficulties, rising prices, and fewer people going out. They have been hit really hard.

I want to champion these incredible places that bring so much joy to our communities. Positive reviews are crucial for them to thrive. They build trust and attract new customers.

Help us spread the love! Next time you have a fantastic dining experience, take a moment to leave a positive review. Your feedback makes a huge difference!

If you have a negative experience, please think twice before leaving a harsh review. Speak to the waiting staff first to see if they can address your issues. If you prefer to avoid confrontation, you can also send a private message to the restaurant.
